Welcome to Fazyo. These Terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Use of Site
Use our website only for legal purposes. Do not attempt fraud, violate laws, or disrupt the site’s operations.
2. Product Details
We aim for accuracy in product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee they’re error-free. Prices are in INR and exclude shipping unless stated.
3. Shipping
Orders ship within 48 business hours of confirmation.
Free delivery across India on orders above ₹1000.
Custom items may take longer (details on product page).
Orders arrive in about 7 business days from dispatch.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Report issues (damage, stains, etc.) within 24 hours of delivery with a photo if needed.
Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Innerwear
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- “Seconds”
Online orders cannot be exchanged in showrooms.
Refunds (excluding delivery charges) will be credited to the original payment method.
Email customerservice@fazyo.com before returning any item.
Once a return or exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be delivered within 7 working days.
5. Cancellations
We may cancel orders due to unavailability or policy violations. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5 business days.
6. Ownership
All site content—images, text, designs, etc.—belongs to Fazyo. Don’t use without permission.
7. Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for losses due to:
- Website use or inaccessibility
- Unauthorized data access
- Third-party services or links
8. Updates
We may change these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Legal
These Terms follow the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Kerala, India.
