Exchange and Return Policy

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

  • Any complaint with regards to damage, stains, stitching, or any other issue should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the issue.
  • Return requests for a refund must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return/exchange is not applicable for innerwear.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • Gift cards, clearance sale (Discount sale), and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Fazyo India Pvt Ltd will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
  • Online products cannot be exchanged in showrooms. Customers may select new products from our website once the returned items are received and verified.

Once a return or exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be delivered within 7 working days.

  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded using the original payment method once we confirm the return meets the above conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including currency conversion and/or taxes.
  • Please send a reason for return via email before sending the product to: customerservice@fazyo.com. We will entertain returns only after receiving this email.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion if we are unable to meet the requirements of the order or if it does not comply with our policies.

We will notify you appropriately and ensure any applicable refund is made in a reasonable time.

Please note: It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
