• All prices mentioned on the site are exclusive of shipping charges from India.  
• We provide free delivery across India for orders with a value above ₹1000.  
• For customized items, there may be a longer delivery period, which would be specified on the respective product page.  
• All orders are usually shipped within 48 business hours after the confirmation of the order.  
• All products are first polythene packed, then wrapped with packing paper.  
• All orders are shipped by 1st class courier service and delivered within approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
  
• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for a refund.
  
• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
